In a sign of strong recovery, UBC Co-op student hiring has now returned to pre-pandemic levels, with the number of work terms in 2020/21 increasing by 10% over the previous year and reaching a combined total of 6,397 across programs.
This growth also points to employer confidence in hiring talent from UBC Co-op, where students are available year-round for projects and peak work periods.
